WELCOME BACK!

As you know, SCHOOL has begun and new OBJECTIVES have been set. This blog has as its purpose the learning of my students/pupils and we'll start with an easy prayer. Have fun with my posts and, above all, learn a lot.

 Could you tell me what you have in your school bag?
E.g. In my school bag, I have got a ruler...

THE OUR FATHER PRAYER

Our Father

The prayer which Jesus Christ taught to His disciples.

Traditional version:Our Father, Who art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy Name;
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Newer version:
Our Father, Who is in heaven,
Holy is Your Name;
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

The Our Father is based on these passages from the Bible:
